After spending years trying to get my builder to address ongoing issues and now going through the Building and Plumbing Commission dispute process, having someone with Brett's knowledge on my side was invaluable. His post-handover inspection was incredibly thorough, and the report he provided was detailed, clear and easy to understand. What impressed me most wasn't just the defects he identified, but the time he took to walk me through everything on the day. He explained what was and wasn't compliant, why certain defects were urgent health hazards, and what to expect throughout the dispute process. You can really tell that Brett has a passion for what he dose and I cant recomend him enough. If you're building a home or dealing with defects, dont make the same mistake I did in assuming the builder would fix the issues or not cut corners.. book an inspection with Brett his professionalism, knowledge and genuine willingness to help are second to none. Bathroom reno, had a bad feeling about the tiling. Brett came and did an inspection and found the whole job was non-compliant. Not only did he explained everything clearly and advised the next steps to take. He was there with me at the meeting and the builder to get their explanation. In 30 mins got my full refund plus extras, job terminated with original builder hassle free. Brett knows his stuff - if you need someone to inspect give him a call.
